Average Boy goes on a beach vacation with his family, but he forgets his flip-flops and burns his feet on the sand. Ouch! But not as ouchy as a crying boy who needs help to find his parents. With no lifeguards around, Bob and his brother, Brian, step up. Beach litter plays a surprising (if not icky) part in the rescue, so does the color orange. Orange you glad the color wasn’t banana. While Average Boy pays full attention (yeah, right…) to his Sunday school lesson, a new girl enters the room and causes a distraction. How embarrassing! Fortunately, Bob knows all about handling embarrassing situations. Bob makes a mental note to welcome her after the lesson is over and ends up embarrassing himself (big surprise).
