Send us a textGUEST: TRAVIS ALLEN, pastor, Grace Church Greeley, COThere are lots of things that draw our time and thoughts away from the most important Person and event in history—Jesus Christ and His death and resurrection which took place nearly 2000 years ago in Jerusalem.Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came from heaven, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life with the whole purpose of offering Himself on the cross to pay the death penalty for man’s sins against His Father. Why would He do this? Here’s why: “God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).Consider Jesus in the days leading to His death on the cross. He knew when, where, and how He was going to suffer and die. Above all, He knew that His own Father would be pouring out His just wrath and justice on Him, the innocent One, for all the sins of all who would believe. The gospel of Luke describes Jesus’ state on the night of His arrest as He was in the Garden of Gethsemane: “being in agony He was praying very fervently; and His sweat became like drops of blood, falling down upon the ground” (Luke 22:44).Agony, praying fervently, sweating blood. What? Didn’t Jesus just run through this unruffled like some superhero? No He didn’t. His agony and His actions before His atoning death teach us a great deal about who He is and who believers are called to be.Our guest this weekend is Travis Allen. Travis served our country in the US Navy as a member of the SEAL teams and is now the pastor of Grace Church in Greeley, CO. Travis gave a recent sermon series on “The Agony in the Garden,” explaining the deep suffering of Christ in the hours before He would bear His Father’s wrath for our sin on the cross. We hope this program leading into Easter week, along with the April issue of The Christian Worldview Journal, which is scheduled to arrive this week, will help our hearts and minds more deeply appreciate and worship Christ for who He is—the Son of God and only Savior of mankind.-------------------------------RELATED SERMONS:The Agony in the Garden, Part 1The Agony in the Garden, Part 2Lessons from the GardenThe Arrest of JesusGRACE CHURCH GREELEY, CO PODCASTPillar of Truth

Send us a textGUEST: SETH GRUBER, Executive Producer, The 1916 ProjectIt’s been said that “Ideas have consequences and bad ideas have victims.”Ideas are the causes of actions in the world, for better or for worse. And the Christian should know from God’s Word that sinful ideas come from unregenerate minds. Romans 8 says, “the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so, and those who are in the flesh cannot please God” (Romans 8:7-8).The depravity and death we see all around us in our culture, particularly millions of aborted babies, all manner of sexual and gender perversion, and suicide and euthanasia, are the direct result of ideas from minds that hate God and His truth and design. As shown in a new documentary film titled The 1916 Project by executive producer Seth Gruber, the wicked lineage of this God-forsaking worldview in America is built block by block upon well-known names like evolutionist Charles Darwin, abortionist Margaret Sanger, and pervert Alfred Kinsey and many other lesser known influencers like Thomas Malthus, Francis Galton, Havelock Ellis, and Emma Goldman.Gruber reveals how these men and women are the reason why abortion today is seen as “My body, my choice,” “love is love,” “gender is fluid,” and “children need to explore their sexuality at the youngest ages.”Seth Gruber joins us today on The Christian Worldview to discuss Margaret Sanger and the History of the Death and Depravity Revolution in light of The 1916 Project documentary film.-------------------------------The 1916 Project DVD

Send us a textCALIFORNIA UPDATE:I mentioned on last week’s program that I would tell you more about our recent trip to Southern California, where our family received the “Family of the Year” award by the U.S. Tennis Association. In the opening segment of the program, I will recount some of the highlights, including a Christian Worldview Partner luncheon at Grace Community Church in Los Angeles, along with visits to KKLA 99.5 FM (who broadcasts The Christian Worldview each Saturday at 8am) and Living Waters to see Ray Comfort and Co.------------------------Later in the program, we will discuss the issue of judges ruling against President Trump’s executive orders. In the first 100 days of the Trump administration, Democrats have been staggering as Trump and his team execute a kind of blitzkrieg against liberal policies. But it was inevitable that the left would fight back and now their strategy is apparent—use leftist judges appointed by Obama and Biden to stymie Trump’s orders. But do unelected judges really have the authority to overturn the orders of a nationally-elected president? Has Trump overstepped presidential authority when it comes to such things as cutting government spending and deporting those who entered our country illegally, including a Columbia graduate student who calls for the destruction of Israel?Daniel Schmid, a constitutional attorney and Associate Vice President of Legal Affairs for Liberty Counsel, an international nonprofit, litigation, education, and policy organization dedicated to advancing religious freedom, the sanctity of life, and the family, will join us this weekend on The Christian Worldview to discuss the showdown between the Trump administration and the third branch of government.----------------------->> Short highlight video from Ray Comfort

Send us a textGUEST: EMEAL “EZ” Zwayne, author, Fight Like a Man: A Bold, Biblical Battle Plan for Personal PurityThe Book of Proverbs was written to be profitable to all readers but is particularly directed to young men. One of the prominent exhortations and warnings for sons in Proverbs is on the issue of moral purity. Listen to Proverbs 5:18-23:Let your fountain be blessed, And rejoice in the wife of your youth. As a loving hind and a graceful doe, Let her breasts satisfy you at all times; Be exhilarated always with her love. For why should you, my son, be exhilarated with an adulteress And embrace the bosom of a foreigner? For the ways of a man are before the eyes of the Lord, And He watches all his paths. His own iniquities will capture the wicked, And he will be held with the cords of his sin.He will die for lack of instruction, And in the greatness of his folly he will go astray.God wonderfully designed us with the ability to procreate and to enjoy the one-flesh dynamic of sexual intimacy within the one-man one-woman marriage covenant, all to His glory. But what God beautifully designed is what the devil, the world, and our flesh relentlessly corrupts. God says, “rejoice in the wife of your youth.” Satan says, “Do whatever you want with whomever you want.”And the destruction that results from lust and pornography and fornication and adultery and homosexuality and every other kind of sexual sin are everywhere—bondage to sin, broken marriages, sexually transmitted diseases, and alienation from God. Because of the pull of sexual desire and the ubiquity of sexual sin, it’s common to conclude that God’s call for sexual purity—mentally and physically—is an impossible standard. In part 2 of this series on personal purity, Emeal Zwayne, president of Living Waters, a ministry which exists “to train the members of Christ’s Body in the principles of biblical evangelism” will join us to discuss his excellent book, Fight Like a Man: A Bold, Biblical Battle Plan for Personal Purity.Fight Like a Man is our new featured resource and we will tell you how you can order a copy today for a donation of any amount to The Christian Worldview.----------------------------RELATED RESOURCESPart 1 – Fight Like a ManOrder a copy of Fight Like A Man by Emeal "EZ"ZwayneSteven Lawson Statement

Send us a textGUEST: Emeal Zwayne (EZ), author, Fight Like a Man: A Bold, Biblical Battle Plan for Personal PurityThe Apostle Peter was inspired by God to write: “Be of sober spirit, be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. But resist him, firm in the faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished among your brethren who are in the world” (1 Peter 5:8-9).The devil is the believer’s great adversary and he has a singular mission—to devour the Christian by tempting us to sin against God. Satan uses the fallen world and our sinful flesh to great effect. One of his favored means of destruction is corrupting God’s gift and design of sex for one-man one-woman marriage into a litany of perversions: fornication, adultery, lust, pornography, homosexuality, and more.Consistent victory in this never-ending war is not simply a matter of having an accountability partner or putting a filter on your device. No, this calls for transformation of the heart and comprehensive preparation and plans of action, from being born again to pursuing sanctification to employing the supernatural resources God provides.Emeal Zwayne (also known as E.Z.), president of Living Waters, has written an excellent book titled, Fight Like a Man: A Bold, Biblical Battle Plan for Personal Purity. He joins us this weekend for part one of a two-part series on this important topic of sexual purity. Fight Like a Man is our new featured resource and we will tell you how you can order a copy today for a donation of any amount to The Christian Worldview.Later, in the final segment, Soeren Kern, geopolitical analyst and managing editor of The Christian Worldview Journal, will join us to discuss the recent violence in Syria and whether reports of Christian genocide are true.

Send us a textGUEST: JUSTIN PETERS, Evangelist and Speaker on the Word of Faith MovementIn just a short time in office, President Trump has made many right policy decisions that align with the Bible’s call for government and leaders to promote what is good and punish evil (Romans 13), such as ending governmental imposition of the sin of partiality with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) or the depraved transgender lie, along with a host of other policies that improve fiscal responsibility and national sovereignty over globalism.Christians can cheer that a U-turn has been made away from godless Marxism. But the President’s choice of false teacher Paula White to head the White House Faith Office is another story.Paula White is one of the prominent leaders in the Word of Faith movement, also known as the health, wealth, and prosperity gospel. This is a heretical movement that misrepresents God and His Word and leads millions of people away from the one and only saving gospel of Jesus Christ.Justin Peters leads a ministry that has particular focus on exposing the false teaching and false teachers of the Word of Faith movement. His column in the soon-to-be-delivered March issue of The Christian Worldview Journal focuses on Trump’s pick of Paula White. He joins us this weekend on the radio program. In the final segment of the program, Twila Brase of Citizens Council for Health Freedom, will inform us about the government’s push for a national ID card called “Real ID” that she is urging listeners to avoid and contact their legislators about.> Refuse Real ID: https://www.votervoice.net/SFHF/Campaigns/122494/Respond

Send us a textGUEST: ACE DAVIS, pastor, Faith Bible Church (White Bear Lake, MN)The church, the body of true believers in Jesus Christ from every tribe and tongue, is called “the household of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and support of the truth” (1 Tim. 3:15).God began the church 50 days after the Passover on which Jesus was crucified, by sending His Holy Spirit to indwell and empower believers to do God’s will.Ever since, despite relentless attempts to destroy or corrupt it, the church has unstoppably marched on as a witness to the saving and sanctifying power of God through His Son, His Spirit and His Word. There is no category for a Christian to not be part of a local church. The example of first century believers was that their lives were centered around the church, as they gathered each week to worship God, fellowship with one another, pray, remember the Lord’s death and resurrection, and hear the preaching of God’s Word.In short, the church is a top priority for God and needs to be for believers as well. This week, pastor Ace Davis of Faith Bible Church (White Bear Lake, MN) will join us to discuss various aspects of the church in light of the session he will be teaching in June at The Overcomer Course for Young Adults titled “Engaging God’s Design in the Local Church.”Later in the program, Jerry Newcombe, executive director of Providence Forum, will join us for part 2 of our conversation on the faith and character of our first president George Washington. Send us a textGUESTS:ROBERT KNIGHT, columnist for the Washington Times JERRY NEWCOMBE, Executive Director of Providence ForumIn perhaps the most important revelation in decades about the U.S. government, it has been uncovered that billions, even trillions, of dollars have been spent by federal agencies and departments on what can only be described as wasteful and immoral causes.Just a few examples:$373 million in DEI grants from the Department of Education$3+ million for “being LGBTQ in the Caribbean” through USAID$450,000 to promote the expansion of atheism in Nepal through the State DepartmentThere are scores more expenditures like these that the recently-created DOGE, Department of Government Efficiency, led by Elon Musk, is finding through its audits of the federal government.Even more disturbing than the sheer excess and wasteful spending—especially considering our nation has a crushing $36T of debt—is the fact that your tax dollars are being used by the godless within government to fund perverse causes and enrich fellow leftists at home and abroad. In other words, our once “Christian nation” is the greatest exporter in the world of what dishonors God.Two guests will join us this weekend on The Christian Worldview to discuss this staggering waste and abuse of taxpayer money. First, Robert Knight, columnist for the Washington Times, will provide insight on the extent of this scandal and then Jerry Newcombe, Executive Director of Providence Forum, will explain how our government has abandoned the founders’ intent and example, particularly with George Washington, our first president and the subject of a documentary we will discuss.Be sure to tune in for this important topic!--------------------------------------To subscribe to Robert Knight’s columns, send him an email at RobertKnight4@gmail.com.

Send us a textGUEST: NATASHA CRAIN, author, When Culture Hates YouIn speaking to His disciples, Jesus used strong language to describe the reaction the unbelieving world would have to His followers:“If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you” (John 15:19).Not dislikes you or misunderstands you or is confused by you but “hates you”.Why does the world hate believers? Jesus answers that question: “For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light lest his deeds be exposed” (John 3:20). In other words, the Light of Christ is in every true believer and a sanctified life convicts unbelievers of their sin and their alienation from God.Even though the political winds have changed recently in this country, the spiritual winds will always be in the face of Christians. So how can believers obey their call to be salt and light—a preservative to what honors God and a light to the way of salvation? How do we avoid passivity (i.e. removing ourselves from engagement in society) but rather faithfully be an ambassador for Christ? Our guest this weekend is Natasha Crain, the author of a new book and our new featured resource titled, When Culture Hates You: Persevering for the Common Good as Christians in a Hostile Public Square. She writes that the purpose of her book is “to give Christ followers the crucial understanding required to confidently advocate for righteousness in today’s increasingly dark and hostile culture.”After laying the theological foundation for engagement, she addresses five hot-button issues of our day that Christians must know how to respond to.Later in the program, we’ll hear part 2 of the interview with Pastor Jamie Bambrick, Editor-In-Chief of Clear Truth Media, on How Mis-Prioritized Love Has Contributed to the Decline of Western Civilization.----------------------------------NEW FEATURED RESOURCE for a donation of any amount! When Culture Hates You by Natasha CrainAs cultural hostility toward Christianity intensifies, many Christians have grown more reluctant to advocate for biblical values in the public square. But our perseverance for the common good—a good defined by God alone—is more important than ever in a culture that embraces darkness. When Culture Hates You is a call for Christians to unashamedly pursue righteousness in society out of our love for others.256 pgs, softcover [retail $18.99] This is a Worldview Partners “Featured Resource” so it will be automatically mailed.

Send us a textGUEST: Jamie Bambrick, Editor-In-Chief, Clear Truth MediaOn Tuesday, February 4, 2025, President Trump, in a joint press conference at the White House with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, made a stunning statement: “The U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip…we’ll own it.”Not only did he say the U.S. will takeover Gaza but that the Palestinians there would be relocated, the U.S. would clean up the destruction from the Israel-Hamas war that has turned Gaza into rubble, develop the area into a kind of Mediterranean Riviera, and bring peace and prosperity to the Middle East. This is truly the most audacious foreign policy plan by the U.S. in decades. We’re talking about an area in the historic nation of Israel, the one that God almighty promised Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob thousands of years ago, the one that is the epicenter of God’s own plans for the end times. Will the U.S. really “own” a portion of Israel? Or is this just a leveraging negotiating tactic on Trump’s part? We’ll discuss more in the opening segment this weekend. Then, Jamie Bambrick, a pastor from Ireland and editor-in-chief of Clear Truth Media will join us to discuss something called ordo amoris (ordered love) and how the misapplication of this Biblical concept has led to the decline of Western Civilization in the U.K. and the U.S.-----------------------RELATED RESOURCES:Our guest Jamie Bambrick made a variation of the He Gets Us Campaign Super Bowl Ad in 2024.
