February 22, 2022

There is no such thing as irreconcilable differences, says Jill in this series. God is in the reconciliation business! God created us differently, so He must have had a reason!

Families have been under attack from the beginning of time, and they are under attack today. The devil, who hates families with complete disdain, works overtime to tear down every wall we rebuild. How do we overcome his opposition when we're exhausted from the constant patch work? In this message, Jill Briscoe teaches from the book of Nehemiah on where to draw strength for rebuilding our family relationships.

How are you pouring into those younger than yourself?  What kind of legacy are you building to leave for your children?  Jill Briscoe takes us to Proverbs 31:1-9 to ponder the words King Lemuel wrote fondly about his mother and the faith she passed along to him.  Whatever age or stage we’re at, God calls us to be a blessing to the next generation.  The gifts God has given us never age, and they’re supposed to be used.  Jill encourages us to start loving, teaching, and praying for the younger ones coming along.  The impact will be not only on the next generation, but for eternity!

It's been said that we spend just 25 minutes each day in actual conversation. The rest is non-verbal communication, or body language! Crossed arms, a smirk, tapping feet, leaning in, or looking away. It's interesting how easy it is to get a message across to others without saying a word! So, what are you telling the world, as a Christian, through your body language? What do you do in your kitchen, your car, or when you're sitting around with your friends, and what does it reveal to others about your faith in Christ?Jill challenges us to look at the ways we can use every part of our body to bring glory to God!
