The Power and Effects of Sin Part 2

Pastor Jeff Johnson is taking us through Genesis verse by verse right now. In chapter three, sin enters the world. Eve falls for Satan’s lie, and Adam willfully disobeys God too. And through it all we get pretty good idea of how Satan operates. His methods really haven’t changed through the years, so it would be a good idea to see how he attacks and how to mount a defense.

We bring you a closer look into paradise today on Sound Doctrine. Pastor Jeff Johnson is just getting started in his study of Genesis, and today we’re talking about two trees! One that God planted in the garden… the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The second is the cross, where Jesus was crucified for the sins of mankind. Yes paradise was lost when sin entered the world. But paradise is regained through faith in what Jesus did on that cross!
