The Word of God tells us that God rules over every govt. He oversees it and uses it for His will. We we rebel against the authorities over us, we are essentially rebelling against God. Our government, military, local city police are all governed by the Lord. You might say “I don’t see it that way” but its true, because Gods word tells us it is. I can think back on many different occasions where I wanted to do something, go somewhere and it didn’t come to pass. What mistakes have I been saved from?
