The Fate of the Fruitless Fig Tree Part 2

In Matthew chapter 21 Jesus curses a fig tree. He tells the tree it will never bear fruit again, and it immediately withered! Today on Sound Doctrine we’ll draw practical application from this, and learn that each of us are like fig trees. God is looking for fruit in our lives that pleases Him. Is your life fruitful or fruitless? Let’s carefully consider that together.

We learned last time that the religious leaders were ripping people off from their life savings, blocking access to God, in the Temple. Jesus was very upset about it.
