Work six days and take one day to rest and recharge…that was established by God from the very moment of creation and also layed out in the 10 Commandments. And today on Sound Doctrine we’ll see the importance of enjoying a rest day. Pastor Jeff Johnson opens Matthew chapter twelve where Jesus’ disciples were being accused of violating the Sabbath. But these accusers totally missed the point of the Sabbath, in that it was made for man and not the other way around.

A case could be made that we’re living in that very day! Today on Sound Doctrine we’ll see how to avoid this deception, and it has everything to do with abiding in the Lord and His Word.
