It’s said, that “If we want revival we need to get into the word and get the word in to us. Without the word, revival won’t come.” We’ll be getting into the Word on today’s edition of Sound Doctrine. And we’re praying it gets into you.

It’s a common misconception that God only anoints bible teachers and preachers. He does indeed do that but that’s not all He anoints!  In making our way through Second Chronicles we’ve come to the last of the five revivals recorded in this book. And as we pick up in chapter thirty-four we learn this revival touches just about everyone.

It’s true that we can be our own worst enemy. It’s also true that we have a friend who “loves at all times” and “sticks closer than a brother.”  And what a difference that it makes!  In Second Chronicles chapter 33 we learn of Manasseh’s utter folly and through it all the Lord sticks with him.
