A Good Manager?
How are you handling what has been handed to you?
We have all been handed certain opportunities and responsibilities. How we manage these is a key to our success, growth and promotion. When we manage well what we have been given, we get more. When we fail to manage opportunities and responsibilities well, we regress and often lose what we’ve been given.
Listen to what Jesus said about this:
” … to those who use well what they are given, even more will be given. But from those who are unfaithful [don't use well what they are given], even what little they have will be taken away.” – Luke 19:26 (NLT)
Jesus is talking about the management of our life energies and resources.
Management is an action. It is a proactive process.
To “manage” is “to put to good, effective, efficient and productive work.”
To be a good manager we must use well our:
- Time.
- Money.
- Relationships.
- Responsibilities.
- Resources.
When we manage these areas of life well, we enjoy the blessings that come with good management.
How about you? Are you a good manager? If not, decide to get a handle on the things you have been handed. As you do, expect increase in your life!
