A few years ago, there was a very popular book entitled dress for success. Never read that book. But the premise was this. If you focus in on your attire, it will influence your life. And many people believe that as you pay attention to every aspect of your appearance, it will pay dividends, it will bring about change. But I don't know about that. But I want you to think tonight or this morning, about your kingdom attire. When you're in the kingdom, how are you going to be presenting yourself? Peace, Peter mentioned something. He mentions a crown of glory. And he says that crown of glory, that glory doesn't diminish. Its eternal.

As believers in Messiah, we know something, we know that one is justified not by good deeds, but rather by faith. Now, what may be surprising to some is this. They think that that is Revelation only from the New Testament meaning this until you're sure that his Jesus Christ came, and the apostles, that concept of being justified by faith was was non existent. But when we look properly at the Word of God, we see that being justified by faith was something that did not originate in the New Testament. But in the Old Testament, specifically, in what's called the Torah. The Torah is the first five books of the Old Testament. And they're within the book of Genesis, and I'm speaking about Genesis chapter 15.

Shalom and welcome to Israel. In this episode of revelation shorts, we're going to focus in on the Antichrist. And we're going to learn a few things about the Antichrist, his character, what he's about and what he will do. Now, the first thing we need to remember that in the last days, there's going to be two beasts. According to Daniel, chapter eight, the first one is called the RAM, it is going to be out of what's known as prace omy die. This is the old Persian and Meads. Today, it centers around Iran. And there's going to be a coalition of nations that form this empire, this empire known as the RAM is going to cause great havoc and problems and instability in the world. It's going to bring about a sense of hopelessness and despair. But what's going to happen, there's going to be a nother beast that rises up, this one the Scripture tells us is going to be out of Europe. And this base is called the goat.

One of the most debated chapters in all the Bible is Isaiah chapter 53. And it's very easy to understand the nature of this conflict, this debate. Some will say that the suffering servant and I hope you all are aware that in the prophecy of Isaiah, there is one known as the suffering servant. Now we need to be honest with one another. There are some times that the suffering servant is indeed the children of Israel, the Jewish people. And at other times, in fact, the vast majority of the times that suffering servant is Israel's Messiah, not the Jewish people, but Messiah of Israel. So the question is simple. Who is Isaiah speaking about in chapter three? Is the suffering servant Israel, or is it Messiah. Now, most of the time, if you ask someone who is a follower of Judaism, especially Orthodox Judaism, they will tell you that Isaiah 53 is not about the Messiah. It's about the plight of the Jewish people throughout numerous centuries. And I'm holding in my hand right now, a commentary about the book of Isaiah, and rashis. commentating is found in this book, what he says concerning all of Isaiah, but obviously, including Isaiah 53.

We are going to begin a new book of study the book called The prophecy of Habakkuk. Now we know virtually nothing of this man, we know his name. And we know what he said. He was a prophet of the Lord. And beyond this, nothing is truly said about him other than what he saw, he recorded. We know that he lived before the Babylonian captivity, before that group of people called the Chaldeans in English..

We all know that our battle is not against flesh and blood. We know that the weapons of spiritual warfare that God equips us with is mighty, mighty for bringing down those strongholds. We know in Ephesians chapter six that Paul goes through a list of those weapons, in order that we would be thoroughly equip, for the battle. But Peter, in this fourth chapter of his first epistle, he speaks about a weapon, a weapon that is powerful, a weapon that is going to not only work against the enemy, but bring about a most significant change in your life, in my life.

One of the most important things that God has ever done is that he has justified those who receive the gospel. And that justification is forever because of the sufficiency and even we can say the perfection of messiahs work, he was successful, and therefore we receive the eternal benefits. Take out your Bible and look with me to the book of Romans and chapter three. In this passage, Paul is going to make a very clear case for rightly understanding the law and how one is justified. Now, in the biblical language, there is a relationship between being justified and being righteous. In the New Testament language, Greek, it is the same word. So when we are justified, we become righteous, and therefore we can be in a relationship with God, we will be invited into His kingdom where we will spend eternity with Him. So He wants to reveal to this congregation in Rome

Do you have the right attitude? Now many people would say I certainly do. But what they mean is this. When things are going comfortably in their life, they're not experiencing problems in opposition. They're achieving the things that they want to achieve. Life, in other words is is good, then they have a right attitude. But what about those times? When things are far from good? You are experiencing opposition. There's hardship, there's difficulty, perhaps there's lacking, there's hurt in your life? does those things change your attitude? Well, what David's going to teach us is that they are not. We need to have a consistent mindset. Regardless of our circumstances. Our circumstances do not impact how we think about God, God does not change because I'm having a bad day. God does not change because of what my enemy may be doing. God is forever faithful.

There is of course many things that Messianic believers and Orthodox Judaism does not agree with. That's no surprise. Let me share with you one of them. Now, for those who know the truth concerning who the Messiah is, we understand that there is great benefit in recognizing Messiah now, during our lifetime, and the Bible does something. The Bible gives us prophecy, in order that we can recognize Messiah, when he comes the first time which is already done, we can look at what took place, what he said what he did, and look at scripture and be assured this is the Messiah. Judaism takes a very different view. Judaism says you only proclaim who the Messiah is meaning there's only faith in him after, for the most part, he completes all what Messiah is supposed to do. When we look at Jewish law, in regard to Messiah, the things that Messiah has to do in order to be received and proclaim as the Messiah of Israel, the Savior, are all things that he does when he comes back the Second Time. But what about those things that Messiah was prophesied to do?

Paul is concluding his second epistle, to Timothy. And we're going to see that in these last few verses. He's going to say many things to Timothy, and also about others. And as we go through these things, we're going to see some important principles and give us insight for understanding what is proper, and what is not proper, how to order our life in a way, as Paul did, that demonstrates the authority of the Spirit of God in one's life. So ask yourself, when people see your behavior, your decisions, do they see you submitting to the authority of God? Do you have this type of of witness, one who demonstrates submissiveness in order that you serve God, and where God has positioned you, where he's leading you what he is providing to youth so that you can do Are you faithful doing these things? Paul knows that his life, his ministry, is coming to an end. And I think it's very important what we see him sharing with Timothy, concerning this context.
