What is going on in your life right now that is making you feel the ground is breaking up under your feet? Do you feel the walls closing in on you?
It seems like no matter what you try to do nothing is working, in fact, it seems to be getting worse. There seems to be no way out!
GOOD NEWS: PSALMS 46:1-11
God knew we would have seasons that seem impossible to overcome on our own; BUT GOD!
Psalm 46:4 describes a river whose streams shall make glad the City of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the Most High.
Matthew Henry explains that the covenant of Grace is the river and the promises are the streams; or the Spirit of Grace is the river the comforts of which are the streams, that make glad the City of our God. He never runs out of His Grace for His people.
2 Corinthians 12:9 AMPC
But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and [a]show themselves most effective in [your] weakness. Therefore, I will all the more gladly glory in my weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ (the Messiah) may rest (yes, may [b]pitch a tent over and dwell) upon me!
As you can see, we are not fighting our battles alone! The river of Grace never ends and His Grace is more than sufficient for whatever your situation may be at the time. When we make the covenant with Him to follow Jesus, He will always bring us through, over or around our mountain.
His Grace is more than sufficient. Immerse yourself in God’s Grace. This river never runs dry.
His promises are true because He is Truth. We can go with assurance He is walking behind us, in front of us and has us completely covered. Isaiah 52:12: For the Lord will go before you, and the God of Israel will be your rear guard.
