CityServe works through the local church to equip and resource communities in need, both in the U.S. and internationally. CityServe's Todd Lamphere explains to Tim Clinton the work this ministry is doing in war-torn Israel, and in other parts of the globe. Humanitarian efforts include a presence in Ein HaBesor and neighboring communities in the Eshkol, often referred to as the "breadbasket of Israel."
