Got stress? Diet is a huge stress-buster. But so is attitude. God’s word reminds us that we should let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and evil-speaking be put away from us. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another even as God for Christ’s sake has forgiven you.
