Matt Wolf As the Director of Marketing and Product Management I lead the product management team, strategy, product roadmap and GTM strategy for the TruPlay platform. I directed the TruPlay digital entertainment platform vision, strategy and roadmap from ideation to GTM. I led the UX & design team to focus on our FTUE and JTBD and built a modern experience achieving a 4.9 star rating in the app store. Using Agile practices we delivered our MVP into the consumer market under budget with predictable releases and 99.9% uptime.
