Pastor Matt VanderVen is in the early stages of a new study in Revelation.  You’ve probably noticed things have gone from bad to worse in a hurry in this world.  And it could be easy for us to grow discouraged.  But the Lord in His Word told us this would happen, and He’s called the church to bring His light to dark places.

When you’re in the middle of a traumatic experience it’s important to realize you’re not alone!  God is always with us.  And that rings loud and clear as we open our Bibles to Revelation chapter one, and verses nine and ten, today on His Perfect Love.  Pastor Matt VanderVen will show us today that the apostle John was a prisoner on the island of Patmos when he penned these words.  But while he was exiled by the world, he was not forsaken by the Lord.

Today we open our bibles to Revelation chapter one, and verses 7 and 8 describe the second coming of Christ.  On that day, evil will be defeated, the earth restored, and every eye will see Him coming with the clouds.  Judgement is coming to a Christ-rejecting world.  God wants you to be ready and prepared, and today’s study is designed with that in mind.
