With the socialist noose tightening and as Congress considers mandating expensive health insurance on American families, Kevin Swanson suggests an island of freedom for those people who still want it.
According to James Lansberry, Vice President of Samaritan Ministries, the language in the current healthcare reform bill still exempts Healthcare Sharing Ministries from this mandatory insurance (check out pages 103 and 199 of the bill). Some estimates put these insurance mandates at a cost of $18,000 per family, per year. Not only do these ministries save families hundreds of thousands of dollars in premiums over 10-20 years, but they may be the only island of freedom to keep us out of socialist systems heading towards euthanasia and infanticide for the less fit.
