Donald Trump was inauguratedt this month as the 47th President of the United States. We play his speech for the purpose of not only hearing it if you missed parts of it, but also to be a point of easy reference to check the promises he has made and those he is keeping. Pres. Trump got his marching orders from the American people, now we have our marching orders. We are to stay alert and informed as stewards of this 'we the people' nation. Plus, we play the most demonstratie prayer probably ever given at a U.S. Presidential Inauguration!

It is so important that Christians Vote in this election because of our responsibility as stewards of the nation God has given us. We should not vote on personality but on policy. Not to vote is a vote for the other side. America has been one of Israel's consistent and staunchest supporters, but more recently has increasingly changed it's support. How important is this issue not only for Israel but for America, and where do the 2024 Presidential candidates, Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, really stand on this issue? Hear their positions in their own words. The plumbline on all issues is the Bible, which is full of what God says about nations regarding Israel. For instance, "Behold, all who are incensed against you shall be put to shame and confounded; those who strive against you shall be as nothing and shall perish. You shall seek those who contend with you, but you shall not find them; those who war against you shall be as nothing at all." Isaiah 41:11-12.

As Franklin Graham, Billy Graham's son, said, we are facing the Choice between Two Americas. Beginning with this edition of the show until the election we will look at the issues and positions of the candidates on them, not just what they say, but what they've done. Today we address the war in Israel, hurricane Helene response/lack of, and the issue of Life. We encourage to not vote for personality or performance...but vote for policy...based on your values, and as Christians based on biblical values. Vote for the babies.

So much has happened in the last two weeks:Joe Biden stepping down from his bid for re-election; Kamela Harris stepping in to that spot; The assassination attempt on Donald Trump's life, escaping a fatal wound to the head with the bullet hitting his head, for which he gives all the credit to God to save him; and the horrific mocking of the Lord's Last Supper at the opening of the Paris Olympics with Drag Queens impersonating Jesus and His disciples, in drag.
We cover it all, and wrap up with the speech by the young black pastor, Lorenzo Sewell of 180 church, at the RNC.
