I have been tithing faithfully, and now I’m three months behind on my mortgage. What should I do? My mother hurt me deeply many times while I was growing up, and she continues to hurt me today. I wonder how I can love her and still have a relationship with her. I’m already seeing a therapist, but do you have any additional help? *previously aired

Does “falling away” ever mean loss of salvation? Where did Jesus go between His death and resurrection? Why did Jesus curse the fig tree? Why did you post on social media that “Christians can be themselves and express Jesus at the same time”?

I did something I’m not proud of, and I’m feeling depressed, like God doesn’t love me anymore. What can I do? I made a promise to God, and then I broke it recently. Am I still OK with the Lord? I want to be closer to Him. What is the discipline of the Lord in Hebrews 12? Does God really “scourge” us?

Have you ever wondered what it means to grieve or quench the Holy Spirit? Or why it’s important to know that being filled with the Spirit is not about getting more of Him? How about “praying in the Spirit” – is that praying in tongues? Join me in exploring these concepts in this message from my “101 Bible Questions” series, where we’ll shed light on your incredible relationship with the Holy Spirit as a child of God. I can’t wait for you to dive into these thought-provoking topics and be inspired by the profound truths that reveal God’s love for you! Discussion Questions for “101 Bible Questions” – The Spirit and the Church: 1. Why is it important to know you don’t need “more” of God? 2. What connotations does “convict” carry? How does the Spirit treat children of God? 3. In your own words, explain grieving and quenching the Spirit. How are these different from angering Him? 4. React to this statement: Being filled with the Spirit is not about getting more of the Spirit but about knowing and being inspired by the love of Christ. 5. What is “praying in the Spirit”? How do we know it’s not praying in tongues? How do we know it’s the new and only way to pray at all times?

Why did Corinthian women need to cover their heads? Do unbelievers also have “eternal life” in Hell? I disagree with you: Tithing is for today! Also, if everyone stopped tithing, how would our churches survive? Was Jesus born in Adam? Was Jesus really born on December 25?

“Many are called, but few are chosen”? What does this mean? “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated”? What does that mean? What is the message of “Inclusion”?

Should we be sure to gather with other believers? What role does leadership play? Does living better produce answered prayer requests? Can I pray another person toward salvation? Wasn’t water baptism preached in the early church? How do we understand Acts 8 and 10? I heard a preacher say if I don’t forgive other people, I’m not really saved or not saved anymore. Could this be true?

Why is Jesus called “Everlasting Father” in Isaiah? Did Peter, James and John have the same revelation as Paul? If Jesus really is God, then how did He not know the time of His return? Does God change His mind? What does “do not be conformed to the world” really mean in Romans 12?

How does an unbeliever open themselves up to being possessed by a demon? Why does Jesus say that no one can come to Him unless they are drawn by the Father? Does it mean only certain people can be saved? What does the term “Son of Man” mean? And does it have more than one meaning? What is the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit? *Previously aired.

When it comes to tithing, what about Cain and Abel? And what about Melchizedek? And what about Ananias and Sapphira? Does God show extra favor to those who give sacrificially? Why does Paul describe himself as using craftiness or trickery in 2 Corinthians 12? What are your thoughts on “hypergrace”? Does your theology address how to receive and maintain God’s promises?
