If you are going through a difficult time and someone asks how you are doing, you might reply that you are doing okay under the circumstances. But Christians should never feel that they are "under the circumstances" of life. God rules and reigns over our lives and nothing happens to us that has not been filtered through His sovereign will. You can live above the circumstances of life when you trust fully in the Lord. Listen to Dr. Barnhouse and the Bible for insights from Dr. Barnhouse.
