Today we want to pause for a bit to reflect on who we are in Christ and all that has been made available to us. We’ve been blessed beyond measure, and I think you’ll walk away from today’s study greatly encouraged as you hear about these great blessings. Join us for our introduction to Ephesians.

We can all look back on our lives and see the truth in the verse whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. Perhaps it’s a poor decision we made as a teenager and the consequences are still felt to this day? On the flip side of the coin you can probably think of a time when you did good to others and God really blessed you and that person as a result. Today on a Daily Walk Pastor John Randall will encourage us to invest in the Kingdom of God knowing it will pay in the long run.

We all sin and on a daily basis I might add. And when we do it’s important to confess it, repent and move on. But what about when your neighbor, friend, family member or coworker slips in their daily walk? What if anything can you do to help? Today on a Daily Walk pastor John Randall opens Galatians chapter six where God’s pattern for restoration is given to us. It’s an important ministry, but must be done the right way and with the right heart.

Whether it’s when your boss says you’re not getting that raise after all, or someone cuts you off on the freeway, or budges in front of you in the line at the supermarket, we have all sorts of opportunities to either walk in the Spirit or in the flesh.  The question we bring before you today on a Daily Walk is how can we overcome the flesh and be victorious in the battle?

Recently we’ve been going through Galatians, which really emphasizes that we’re to live by grace and not under the law.   While we may nod our head in agreement, are we applying what we know into how we live?  As we transition to chapter five we get into a very practical portion of the epistle.  We’re talking about how to apply grace to our lives and live it out.

Pastor John Randall is in the midst of a verse by verse study of Matthew’s gospel, and we’ll join him in chapter twenty.  Today’s lesson will really help us to see where true greatness is found!

If you're a Christian you’re an heir of Christ!   Jesus owns it all and is willing to share it with us.   Even more astounding is it’s not deserved, but out of His loving grace that He does this.  Today on a Daily Walk we’ll ponder this amazing reality found in Galatians chapter four.

Today, we pick up where we left off last time in our continuing study of Galatians.  As we dig deep into chapter four, we’ll look at what’s ours in Christ.  Once you give your life over to Christ, you become an heir of God.  And one day we’ll be truly blown away by what the Lord has prepared for us in heaven.

Here in this chapter of Galatians Paul is laying out a wonderful doctrinal defense for the grace of God.  The Galatians had strayed away from a loving relationship with Jesus and the grace He alone provides.  Instead they were trying to live up to the law, as so many still do to today.  But as we’re learning through Galatians, that only leads to frustration and failure.

Today on a Daily Walk we learn that none of us can become righteous in our own effort.  Simply put, it’s impossible. Instead we ought to believe in and live by the grace of Jesus. Really the law of God has no power to prevent sin - or redeem the sinner. Only grace can do that.
