Have you come to the place where in total surrender you’ve said, “You Can Have It All Lord!”   I belong to you, my life is yours… all of it!  We’ll be encouraged in that direction today on Abounding Grace as we complete our four-part mini-series, “Take It All.”

Here recently on Abounding Grace we’ve been encouraged to Take it All!  But before we can actually do that we need to say to God, “Lord You Can Have It All!”  This necessitates surrender and obedience on our part.  We’ll talk about it today, as pastor Ed Taylor visits Proverbs chapter three and Romans chapter twelve.

There’s a physical world all around us.  It’s very real to us because we can see it with our own eyes.  But there’s also a spiritual world as well, that is just as real!  Problem is we can’t see what’s going on in this hidden spiritual realm.  So today on Abounding Grace pastor Ed Taylor is going to challenge us to start praying, “Lord open our eyes to see what we cannot see!”  That’s actually a prayer of Elisha in Second Kings chapter six.

Pastor Ed Taylor has been taking us through the Book of Second Corinthians and we invite you to open your Bible to chapter five. The apostle Paul had his sights set on heaven, and that helped him get through the trials of life.  Pastor Ed believes the same holds true for us.

Today we’ll pay a visit to Jeremiah 18 and 2 Kings 6, as part of our series, “Take It All.”  Now Elisha is a wonderful example of someone who took it all.  So get ready to hear his story, and be encouraged to start seeing things the way God does with eyes wide open.

We’ve all experienced it… we’ve done or said something terrible, and feel bad about it.  But where do you go from there?  Pastor Ed will show us how to experience godly sorrow that leads to repentance.  If we’re going to enjoy all that God has for us then we’re going to need this godly sorrow.

You can probably look back on your life and think of quite a number of things that you did in the past that you now regret.  Maybe it was using drugs, hanging out with the wrong people, or lying to someone.  But God wants us to take it one step further and move from regret to repentance… which is turning from the sin to Christ.

Rise up and go take the land!  That was God’s message to the people of Israel in Joshua chapter one, but today on Abounding Grace we’ll pause to consider that the Lord may very well be speaking that to us too!  We’re to go forward by faith and take all that God has for us.   Perhaps this is the day for you to embrace that.

Today we begin a new and impactful four-part series titled, “Take it All!”  We’ll join pastor Ed in Joshua chapter one, where the children of Israel had been on a long journey of wilderness wanderings.  But now God’s Word to them is get up and go, take all that the Lord has for you.  Pastor Ed believes that’s a word we need to hear in the year 2025.

Afflictions and struggles are apart of life, to be sure.  With that said, In Christ we have a glorious future to look forward to in heaven.  Pastor Ed Taylor believes keeping an eternal mindset is a key to living victoriously and making it through the suffering we’re bound to face.
